You won't be too far from the Carytown district...just head east on Cary St and there are several very good ethnic eats. My favorite is Mom's Siam (Thai) but Thai Diner Too is very good also.

On Broad St near Parham Rd- there is a Vietnamese Restaurant named MEKONG....it is pretty good....

But the closest thing to U of R is at River Road Shopping Center- there are 2 restaurants there-
