BBQ Brisket Sandwich in Houston

Had an awesome BBQ brisket sandwich last week at the Hyatt Regency hotel cafe in DT Houston. Not large, or pricey. Just a sandwich and some fries. But man o man did it taste goooood! Plenty of tender smoky meat and tangy sauce on a perfect bun. I wanted to freeze and ship a dozen of 'em back out here to California!

Hum, now that is interesting. The Hyatt has always been on the list for a convenient business lunch. Never considered it for barbecue, given the number of barbecue places in this town. Bonus find for those of us in downtown.

It may well be the only BBQ item on their menu.

I never ate at the Hyatt when I lived in Houston, but I'll keep this in mind the next time I'm down that way. Of course, not to diminish your wonderful experience, it'll have to be right good to top [url=http://demeris.com/AboutUs.php]Demeri...]. But that's just my taste. Glad you had a good one!
