Jonathan's Tucson Cork

We dined there last night. I had bison and my partner had Mahi. The atmosphere there can't have changed much in the last 25 years or so. The Cork used to be a Cork & Cleaver and it shows its age.

Anyway, the food was good but not outstanding. The service was very good. The place seems to be a locals kind of place. Not worth making a trip accross town for, but not a mistake either.

  1. Thanks for posting - I'd been curious, but since I have a place on the West side, I guess I'll take it off my list. How would you compare it to Panache? (I haven't been there yet, either - it looks kinda dark.)

    1. We don't know about Panache....or do you mean Pastiche?
