So, I went to Colorado Kitchen once on a Sunday at noon with some girlfriends and we sat down immediately. The next weekend, at the name time, my boyfriend and I drove up and the line was twenty people deep!!

When are good times to go for brunch to avoid a wait? I loved the food and am dying to go back, but my boyfriend has minimal patience for waiting in line.

Any suggestions?

Show up 10 minutes before they open. I have never had a problem getting a table after that minimal expense of my time.

Get there right as they open, or even better, 15 minutes before they open.

If you get there later, not only do you risk a long wait, but the service gets stretched, and they run out of menu items.
