foie gras in the burbs

Does anyone know where you can purchase foie gras in the chicagoland area? Obviously, we can't buy it inside the city anymore, but does anyone have a purveyor that they like in the burbs?

    Fitz,

    You can get it from Sunset Foods - you'd have to special order it. I think it's @$65-70 for a lobe which is usually 1 - 1 1/2 lbs.

    Also, probably any good butcher would be able to procure this for you.

      Le Titi de Paris in Arlington Heights has it on the menu...I've never had it (I'm a vegetarian actually), but the food there is excellent.
