Best Sukiyaki?

  • 3

I love sukiyaki and I used to like Sushi of Naples version but they don't offer it on the menu anymore...any suggestions?

  1. I got a decent make your own version at Shin Sen Gumi Shabu Shabu in Gardena (I think its Redondo Beach Blvd or Rosecrans...wherever the 91 ends...its right there).

    1. Thousand Cranes at the New Otani in Little Tokyo and Kitayama in Newport Beach.

      1. Matsu, in Huntington Beach @ Beach & Talbert. Take a pass on the sushi, and stick to the sukiyaki or teppan. I don't remember if they take reservations, but call ahead. There's usually a wait.
