Four more stars for Thomas Keller

It’s now a total of seven stars for Thomas Keller he was awarded three more for The French Laundry as well as one for Bouchon.

Have to check the guide but I believe that puts him second behind Alain Ducasee who has twelve.

  1. Thomas deserves all the Accolades he receives! I remember when he was the Chef at Checker's in LA in the early 80's and left to open a restaurant that eventually failed.
    Now look what perseverance has done to elevate him to the Highest level any American Chef has ever reached?

    1. i remember eating with tom as early as '89 at checkers usually in a mostly empty dining room. we thought he was the best chef in los angeles. his fish was incredible. we're very happy for him and grateful for how he's raised the bar for cuisine in america.
