Where to find Japanese home cooking offering in Westchester besides Tsuru

Love the often homey kaiseki offering at Tsuru but we are ready for others. Are there any other Japanese restaurants offering Japanese home cooking food?

The restaurant calls it mini kaiseki but the offering includes pork with potato stew, grilled salmon, chicken teriyaki, sukiyaki etc. Most of the dishes offered are Japanese home cooking. I guess that is why the price is low. I don't know for sure but maybe the restaurant uses the term loosely to describe a multi course meal?

Homey Kaiseki? I never heard of the two term combined. Kaiseki is super formal Kyoto style cuisine.
