Hours for NYC Street Vendors

I got a great list of NYC street vendors from StreetGrub.com but it doesn't include the hours or days of the week they operate.

Obviously, none of the vendors have phones so I can't call. From reading this board, it seems like some vendors are set up just at lunch time Monday through Friday and other seem to come out in the evening during the weekend.

Does anyone know where I can find their hours/days of operation?
