Koeran BBQ Dipping Sauce
I'm grilling up some Kalbi and Bulgogi and wanted to make the dipping oil that accompanies. It tastes like sesame oil, a lighter oil and salt. Anyone know an exact recipe or proportions? Thanks.
The sauce I make is roughly - some soy sauce, some rice wine vinegar, some dark sesame oil, some minced scallions and some toasted sesame seeds all mixed together. I'd say a half/cup vinegar, a quarter cup soy sauce, a dash or two of sesame oil (stir it up and taste then adjust if nec), add the scallions and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. This is probably not the exact recipe - some may have a bit of sugar - but it's good. You could search on the net, I'm sure there are lots of recipes. This sauce, however, is the general idea.
