Yorkshire Pudding downtown?

Where can I find a great Yorkshire pudding downtown? My boyfriend's favourite meal is roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, and I know I can make it at home, but I'd still like to see if any restaurants offer a delicious version of it.

Thanks for your help!

  1. Im sorry, but I am British, and have had the Prime Rib dinner everywhere I have been that it is offered. Ive tried soo many and I dont know if its just because I'm used to our 'family' recipe, but everything tastes terrible to me.. So I too, am on the hunt for a good yorkshire pudding..

exactly, thats how I feel. The only good place to get it is at home. Now, last night I went to Whelans Gate pub as it was the first place we saw after being turned away at Chopin, and my mom (who bakes what I think is the best yorkshire pudding) had the prime rib special and said their yorkshire pudding was actually pretty good, but still, none compare to our secret recipe... Most Ive tried around town are really really bland, dry or just plain bad
