Sunday Lunch- Westwood or adjacent

The wife and I are going to Spago and having the tasting menu this evening. We are going to be crashing at the W in Westwood. We would like to have a great lunch on Sunday. Most of our favorite restaurants in the area do not serve lunch.

Looking for all types of cuisine but the wifey is not into hole-in-the-wall restaurants. I was thinking Simon L.A. Any thoughts or additions would be appreciated.

The W hotel itself serves a nice poolside brunch in its Nine Thirty restaurant.

Kate Mantilini on Wilshire serves lunch. You'll probably end up sitting next to BH locals and power players.

Or, better yet, have brunch at the Belvedere.

      Shutter's or Casa del Mar

I much prefer Nook Bistro for dinner, but I've heard good things about the brunch at Literati II on Wilshire at Bundy. A relaxing Sunday outside on a mild day would play to this place's strengths.
