Berkeley/Oakland dinner specials

I'm trying to compile a list of specials, deals, happy hours, or incentives at restaurants in the Berkeley/Oakland area. Here are the ones that I am already aware of and I'd love for my fellow chowhounders to enlighten me about others.

Luka's - $1 oysters Mondays
SeaSalt - $1 oysters 4-6 everyday
Marica - $18 3 course meal 5:15 - 6:15 everyday
Girabaldi's - half price pizza in the bar Sun.-Thursday (I think)
Cafe Rouge - $1 oysters Wednesday 5:30 - 9:30

Fonda has a late-night $5 happy hour menu after 9pm every night. There's a list of $5 menu items (always on it: chips w/ guacamole & salsa...more interesting than it sounds; Fonda wings, my absolute favorite; some sort of taco, often duck) as well as a $5 cocktail list. For a "light" dinner (I've seen the mayonnaise that goes into those wings) it's great! Two people can walk out of there with a bill under $30!

I don't remember the whole pizza and a pint deal. What I saw was more like a slice of pizza and a scoop.
