re: Peter Cuce
Yes I tend to agree with this verdict. I was there last Saturday for the second time and apart from the chinese sausage dish and, to a lesser degree, the tuna tartare and seaweed salad, everything else was disappointing. And the cash only policy, whilst understandable, is a bit of a nuisance.

My favorites:
Steamed Edamame with thai basil lime oil (spicy!)
Tamarind glazed atlantic salmon (less adventurous but you might need something less crazy to balance it out)
Sauteed Chinese Sausage with thai chili lime sauce (works very well with garlic rice)I also found the steamed mussels and tuna tartar to be good but not great -- they do, however, provide a nice contrast to some of the other spicy dishes. The wasabi pork shumai is sinus clearing and has a little bit too much wasabi for my taste and I like wasabi a lot.
And the short ribs if they have them. They're on the bone, and chopped up, but very tender and tasty.
Last time I was there they also had a very tasty sake sangria.
