Best Tapas - NYC?

Looking for the best tapas in NYC to try this weekend. I've read a lot about Tia Pol... Any help? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm...second Solera and Tia Pol. Also a fan of this place is Hells Kitchen...Andalucia, I think it's called?

Pipa in the ABC Carpet bldg (Broadway & 19th) is good but also a great bar and atmosphere. Very comfortable.

Sol y Solera on Amsterdam and 82nd ? which is quite open and great place to be summer nights if you live in the 'nabe

Then there in N on Crosby - Which is really small.

I must go with Casa Mono as well. If you do go there, you must get the Mono Sundae.

El Cid in Chelsea is low key, very affordable, and makes a mean Sangria.

See my recent post on Las Ramblas. Loved it! Search on Manhattan board.

I've been to both Casa Mono and Xunta, great places. I'd also suggest Sala on the Bowery at (I think) Great Jones. Tues-thurs are half price tapas. Last summer, just back from a year in Madrid, I went once a week. Four of us would eat a huge meal for $30. Not super traditional but pretty damn good.
