Am I the only one that didn't know about this? (excerpted from online chat session with Craig LaBan yesterday
"Would I call Marc Vetri a sell-out just because he plans on opening a big osteria in North Philly with more casual fare? Absolutely not. Not if he's cooking pizzas and pasta with the same integrity he approaches his alta cucina at Vetri".
