    Shaffer City (5W 21st St.) has the best oysters in Manhattan.

      If you are looking for a restaurant Maloney and Porcelli does amazing shellfish platters. Their shrimp are the best I've had. If you order the lobster cocktail make sure you have two claws and two tail halves because I've been shorted before.
