As a matter of fact, my wife and I tried Conscousnious Blossums yesterday for lunch. I had the Portobello mushroom wrap, which is filled with shrooms, cheese, spinach and salsa and is absolutely delicious. My wife had a cold, so she could not taste anything. The service was very nice, we ate outside. It is small, but very pleasant and very "Yoga-ish", but he food does not ap;ear to be particularly ethnic. I will definitely go there again. I think it's only open for dinner on Fridays.
By the way, it is not in Oldsmar: It is located on Tampa Road, just east of US 19 in a small strip center.

Haven't tried it yet, but I've heard good things about Consciousness Blossoms on Tampa Rd in Oldsar. It's open for breakfast and lunch most days and dinner on Fridays. Anyone else out there tried it?
