Restaurants that are on their game Sunday Nights?

I've had a few poor experiences dining out on Sunday nights. Any suggestions of restaurants that are known for being as good on Sunday as other nights of the week? I have an important dinner this Sunday where I want to impress - price, cuisine, or location aren't that big of a deal.

Union Square Cafe and Gotham are both solid on Sundays.
