beverly hills sounds like it's more or less in the middle. (ok, so it's closer to WeHo.) i've always liked the food at piccolo paradiso, one of the drago restaurants located on beverly drive, a little south of wilshire.

i haven't been there in ages, but a lot of people like il pastaio, another drago restaurant; this one is on canon, between santa monica and wilshire.

if sushi is an option, sushi sushi on beverly drive (a little north of olymic) is pretty good.

century city seems a little closer to the midway point for you. i'm not very familiar with the dining choices there. there's a houston's in the mall. it's a little corporate, but it could work for a business lunch; everyone should be able to find something decent.

i'm sure others will chime in with other choices

Well, depending on how casual or more business-like you are looking for, Century City is close enough to half way, and Clementine on SM Blvd at Ensbury(north side of the street) is a great yet very casual, almost haphazard, kind of place with really good food and minimal service where you order at a counter and have the food brought to your table.
Houstons, Gulfstream, Bread Bar, and the woefully reviewed French 75 are all in the mall across the street.
Pastina is on Westwood Blvd. between Olympic and Pico for Italian that is quite good.

I like The Farm in on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills for easy lunches. They take reservations for lunch.
