What is your favorite food pairing for red Priorat.I opened a bottle of Clos Figueres 2001 and found it very good with Lamb ossobucco --Chorizo and white bean stew--What are your favs?
We hit a cooking party last weekend, the host made spicy Thai curry for slowly braised lamb shortribs, absolutely divine with Priorat, I strongly recommend the Grenache based wines -old vines- with spicy food after this experience!
