We went Thursday, October 26th. As others have reported, the owner greated us that the door, he was also very attentive to all the guests in the dining room visiting each table. He also followed some of the customers out of the restaurant when they were leaving to thank them.
We went early so we didn't have to wait, as time went on the restaruant became very busy. Nice to see since they have only been open since September 5th.
Nice crusty Italian bread was served with roasted garlic floating in olive oil. My husband liked it, I always prefer butter. I asked for butter but what I got tasted and smelled like margarine, a little disappointing. We started with an order of Coquilles St. Jacques, very tasty, and nicely done. Unfortunately, it took a very long time for all of our dishes to be served to us. We were there almost 2 hours. But the ambiance is nice so we didn't mind too much.
My husband's main entree was Shrimp and Scallop Alfredo which was delicious. The portion was plentlyful.
I had the Thursday night Special of Duck a l'orange. The duck was fine not fatty and a good portion. The sauce was very good, I just wish there was more of it. I ordered pomme frites (french fries) they were tasty but not very crisp.
For dessert we split a Creme Brulee, it was served with whipped cream and two almond cookies. It was delicious.
We were very impressed with large number of selections available on the menu. We will go back again. Andrew's does not have a full bar, wine and I think beer only at this point.

I went over the wkend - I was definitely pleased. I had linguine w/pesto which was okay but not great....but really, what can you do w/that? What I wasn't thrilled by was the 1/2 cup of olive oil left in the dish when I finished....wasn't very easy to work around. But while it may have been too much, it IS pesto so a bit too much oil is to be expected. My friend had roasted chicken w/mashed potatoes and asparagus that she was very happy with. I had one glass of wine (not a huge selection but it worked) and she had 2. I think it came to $42 w/tax? Can't beat that. Large menu, very reasonable prices, nice atmosphere.

We went about two weeks ago on a Tuesday evening and it was very busy.We got there early so we were seated right away. The room is very nice with warm colors. The owner came over to talk as we noticed he tried to do with all patrons, a nice touch. Our meals were an appetizer of the Brie en Croute (which would make a nice dessert)and entrees consisting of Cordon Bleu and Pollo Marsala. We enjoyed everything, the only complaint was the Cordon Bleu should have been warmer.Perhaps it was because they were so busy that night and haven't quite worked out all of the 'kinks' so to speak. Prices were reasonable. We will definately be going back again.

I have been twice to Andrew's Bistro, and have another dinner and brunch planned within the next week, so you can tell that I like this place. The food is delicious and nicely served, decent portions, but one is not overfed. The owner and hostess are so pleasant, and the chef comes out to speak with each table too, a nice touch. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

hi all - just my two plus cents! I've been there already several times - went mostly at dinnertime but also for lunch and brunch. have been with family, and friends, a few of them are really "connoisseurs" of French and Italian food -- so far everyone has loved it.
the menu is pretty extensive with quite a variety of dishes (meats, poultry, fish, pastas) also a vegetarian section. no full liquor license yet but I love wine so that doesn't bother me. ( FYI, they do also sell a good range of beers, plus champagnes, Port wine, and Sangria! which I plan to try soon.) Anyway I think the wine list is great and the best I've seen in any restaurant these days -- not talking about its size but the quality/price ratio. In most restaurants I'm appalled by the mark up on a decent wine let alone a good wine. I know how much they sell for retail and it's hard to enjoy a precious sip when I know the truth of what it really sells for. here, the owner (who, by the way, personally greets you and is very warm) has selected an array of excellent wines, ranging from Italy, France and Spain to the USA and then a few other world vineyards, and these bottles are at prices you won't believe unless you see it yourself.
OK OK you can tell I love it here and it is my new Find of a restaurant! I give it an A+ from wine to food and a really pleasant, warm, atmosphere plus great espresso and cappuccino with my dessert. Yum.

My husband and I also stopped in last night. The decor is very nice and comfortable. As skwerl says, the staff was very friendly. The place was busy for a new restaurant. There is a very small bar with 5 seats. They have the tallest bar I have ever seen. I needed a boost to get into my seat. Currently they serve beer and wine. The wine list is mostly lower end okay wines. Nothing spectacular. They have many bottles ranging from ~$18 - $38. They had around 10 options that were by the glass. They ranged in price from $4.50 - $6.50. We talked to the owner, who told us that he plans to extend the bar (and lower it). They are planning on getting a full liquor license. My only complaint of the evening, while waiting for a table or place at the bar, we sat on a couch in the waiting area. The hostess gave us the wine list and told us the bartender would be right over. The bartender did stop over several times to tell us he would be right with us. We waited ~20 minutes before we placed our drink order. We ended up sitting at the bar and having appetizers. We had the Brie en Croute which was very good with tasty sweet pear and warm Brie. The crust was very flaky and light. I thought it would make a good fall desert. We also had the Scallops sautéed in mushroom brandy cream sauce and served au gratin. The four or five good sized scallops were tasty and tender. My husband had the New England Clam Chowder. I didn't try it, but he says it had a nice smokey, bacon flavor, but it was mostly broth. There were not chunks of potatoes or clams. It was later in the evening so maybe we got the end of chowder. We had the Bistro Salad which was Bibb lettuce and lime chive vinaigrette. The lettuce was very crisp and fresh, the dressing very tasty. We shared the pumpkin cheesecake which was delicious and my personal highlight of the evening. We talked to the Chef who indicated that everything was made in house including the deserts. They have at least 25 entrees on the menu ranging in price from $10 - $21. They have pasta pizzas, burgers, seafood, and vegetarian, Chicken, Steaks and Pork as while as a small children’s menu. We didn't see any children last night. They serve lunch Tuesday - Saturday and brunch on Sunday. We will go back and try some entrees but probably after the bar expansion and the liquor license. (We are barflies and my husband isn't a beer or wine drinker).

We went to Andrew's last night. Very classy, nice colors, and cozy. The staff was friendly and the owner comes to greet everybody at the door, along with an absolutely adorable hostess.
We ordered scallops au gratin for an appetizer, and they were awesome! For dinner, I got the filet mignon, which cut like butter and was delicious! My man ordered shrimp scampi and cleaned his plate. Good sized portions, but not ridiculous. We had a blueberry crisp a la mode for dessert. Everything was superb. We'll be going back, for sure.

I think they just opened in early September. They are in a strip mall set back off of Mendon Rd. If you take a right off of 99, go past Dunkin Donuts on your left, the mall is on your your left. It is in the same mall as a fitness center. There was a breakfast and lunch place (I can't remember the name) in the spot that it now Andrew's Bistro. I have been checking the website hoping to see an update before visiting.
