Cape Cod: Orleands, Eastham, Wellfleet

So folks,

Can you recommend a range (cheap seafood - cheese/wine picnic - fancy dinner out) in the lower upper cape area.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

    1. Arnold's in Eastham is the place for seafood. I don't know about your other categories, but I've found that many places have very short hours after Labor Day, so best to call ahead and have a backup plan just in case.

      1. Arnolds appears to be closed..maybe they open on weekends but it looked pretty vacant the other day. Friendly Fisherman up the road has the best lobster rolls.

BTW, Lower and Upper Cape are two areas..FF is on the Lower Cape in Eastham.

        1. Arnolds is closed for the season. I would go to the Academy Ocean Grill in Orleans for a nice dinner, Joe's Beach Bar in Orleans is very good. The "Ho" Land Ho in orleans center in great for lunch. I agree the Friendly Fisherman have great lobster rolls. In Wellflet Moby's Dick's is still open and it is very good. (B.Y.O.B). Russ and Marie's restaurant for ribs and they have great seafood.

          1. Wicked Oyster in Wellfleet for a nice dinner. Moby Dick's for casual seafood. I can't agree with FF "great" lobster rolls, I think MD's are MUCH better. Land Ho for lunch. I would head up to Turo Winery for a picnic and some wine tasting.
