Just wondering if anyone knows of any reasonable breakfast resturants near Brewster, Orleans, Chatham, Dennis. Thanks for helping me out.

Homeport in Orleans is good, but my personal favorite (though a bit outside your specified area) is the Flying Fish Cafe on Briar Lane in Wellfleet. They bake their own bread, pastries, etc. and the Outrageous Homefries are the best.

I am a fan of The Hole in One in Orleans. Yes, it's a donut shop, but also has a number of tables and counter service, with what I found to be surprisingly good (basic) breakfast food and quick, attentive, and friendly service. Toast is from homemade bread, muffins are baked fresh daily, eggs cooked exactly as orderd - and definitely try the foccacia egg sandwiches. The fireplace is always on in the winter, which makes the spot even more cozy.

My girlfriend and I adore a little diner called Holly Berry's on Shore Road right off of the Bourne Rotary. It is just a very good albeit unoriginal diner. They always have one or two tasty specials, the service is excellent, and the coffee is unbeatable. In fact, my favorite thing about this diner is the delcious always fresh and hot coffee.

I wish I could chime in with Red Cottage..to me the only decent breakfast is at the Black Dog in MV. I need a home made muffin, not a mix...I love real maple syrup, not fake stuff..so far I have not found anything mid Cape to fill the bill, not even Red Cottage.

We love the Homeport in Orleans - just down Main Street from
the light at 6A. Another old time place - good eggs with some interesting offerings like guacamole or feta. And the kids are nuts over being able to have frappes for breakfast.

Our favorite is Nonie's in Orleans. This was recommended to us by a Ranger in Nickerson Park and we have been going there regularly during our weekends on the Cape. What a find! The atmosphere is perfect old school Cape Cod. Definitely not touristy, but certainly cozy. We usually sit at the counter where Nonie still serves customers and is energetic as ever. Give this place a shot and please report back to us.

Red Cottage is on Old Bass River Road in S. Dennis. I cannot say I love it..I do not but the lines are long every weekend. I prefer homemade baked goods (they use a mix) and different breakfast options such as fish cakes and breakfast burritos. I love the Black Dog in the Vineyard. To me, that's an incredible place. Folks also love Grumpy's on 6 AM in Dennis.

If Hyannis isn't too far away there's The Gourmet Brunch and The Egg & I on Main Street.

They line up in droves to eat at Red Cottage on Old Bass River Road. Tell me if you find a place with real homemade baked goods.I love the Black Dog on the Vineyard..the best breakfast around..

Grumpy's in Dennis on Rte 6A. Keltic Kitchen or Ann and Fran's in South Yarmouth on Rte 28. I'd skip The Pancake Man or Percy's if I were you. There's also the Brewster Coffee Shop on 6A. Can't help with B'fast in Orleans or Chatham.
