Rabbit meat from a butcher?

Is there anywhere in the East Bay that sells fresh rabbit meat for homecooking?

Thanks!

And while we're at it, Ver Brugge in Rockridge also has rabbit. Frozen for sure, but I'm sure they could get fresh if you needed.

They usually have whole rabbits. If you would like it "broken down" (cut up) they are happy to do it at no charge. I've purchased it many times and it's wonderful.

Cafe Rouge. Give them a call to find out availability.
