Batali's Grilled Squab with Kale and Pomegranate Molasses -ERRATA?

I was looking over this recipe in Molto Italiano with an eye to making it cause it uses pomegranate molasses and I have some that just sits there.

It calls for 3/4 cup of pom. mol. in the list of ingredients. But I read the recipe 5 times and could only find it mentioned once - 3 tblsps. drizzled over the kale. Where did the rest of it get used up? Anybody have this book? Would you look this up? p. 325. I think I must be spacing out by reading it so many times and must have skipped something.

  1. I just checked my book. The recipe calls for 3/4 of a cup and 4 squabs. You drizzle 3 T over each of the four squabs. 3 T x 4 birds gets you to the 3/4 cup. Please post if you make it!

    1. Duh! I finally read the recipe correctly. I had only seen that one drizzled 3 Tbsps. over the whole dish, not each squab.

If I make it you shall know.
