Best vineyard for tour/tasting of wine and/or cheese b/w Jarvin, Pine Ridge, Sinskey and Darioush?

I am looking to spend $$$ on only one reserve tasting and/or cheese tasting. Is there one that has better wines and/or better, cooler and less touristy tour? Thanks!
