Afterwork Snacks & Drinks - Uptown/Carrolton?

Looking for somewhere to go and have a snack and a drink after work. Nothing specific - fancy or divey. I'd prefer if they had more food than just fried shrimp/oysters - but am open to whatever.

Delachaise near St. Charles and Louisiana. Excellent food and excellent drink selection. Dos Jefes has some good non-traditional bar food as well. Then there's always the Bulldog or Cooter Brown's for cheese fries. The Bulldog has that nice new patio, too. GB's is my favorite neighborhood spot, with a covered patio.
