Went to Fiesta Burrito b/c cafe ninos had just closed (though the owner was nice enough to have a chat and a glass of wine with us).

Even though I think this place is Latin rather than Mexican - I thought Fiesta Burrito was 10X better than Juan's Flying Burrito.

We had the steak fajitas, tortilla soup and chips and guacamole. It was absolutely great. The steak was grilled and very flavorful. Smokey with a slight kick. Crispy edges from the grill's fire. Really good. The guacamole was just the right amount of tangy and spicy and had tomatoes and onions in it. The beans and rice were fine - not bad/not phenomenal. Also, the pico de gallo they serve with the fajita platter was delicious.

The tortilla soup was more like a rich chicken soup than the other tortilla soups I've had. But it had lots of chicken and tortilla strips and was flavorful and spicy.

Also, the chips they served with the guacamole did not seem to be homemade which was a disappointment.

The margarita was also quite tasty. And they have a 2 for one special every day from 2-5 (or something like that).
