Having good luck with Rocco Dispirito's 5 Minute Flavor. Anyone else?

Hello -
I got a couple of Rocco's cookbooks at the library, and I have to say I am really impressed. I especially like his "5 Minute Flavor" book. Every recipe I have tried has come out very well. It reminds me of Bittman's "Minimalist Series."
