Restaurants open for Rosh Ha Shanah-Manhattan

Hi are there any restuarants open for pre-paid meals in Manhattan on Rosh HaShana? Thanks.

      I know that Chabad is having services at the Waldorf Astoria and the meals are being had at the Prime Grill. Try calling to ask if anyone can sign up for holiday meals there.
