Pho in Miracle Mile/Fairfax
Does anyone have any recommendations for good pho in the Miracle Mile/Fairfax area? Thanks!

Agree with Cucinamore, Phobulous is not bad if you need your fix. I live in West LA and not happy with the selection of Vietnamese there. If i had to, I would go with Pho 99 on wilshire/barrington. Same goes with Phobulous, it was the only place i could go to for the fix since i was working in Weho at the time. It's expected that the prices are higher than your usual places b/c of the area. So for a while, I sucked up the $7.50 a bowl cost. Give it a shot and let us know.

I live by Melrose and Highland, and the only Pho I've had in the area is from a dingy little take out/delivery place called TJ's. It's a thai delivery, but I had it for the first time last week, and it's pretty cheap and really big! I had it for a few nights in a row. Really tasty...I'm no expert on pho but I really liked it.

Depends on your definition of "good" and your definition of "Miracle Mile/Fairfax area." I work near the County Art Museum, and the closest pho I have been able to find is at Absolutely Phobulous, a tiny place on the east side of La Cienega about a half block north of Beverly. It is acceptable if you need a pho fix, although it is not nearly as good as the pho at a less Americanized place, like Pho So 1 on Sepulveda near Victory.
