CWC used to have its wine tastings on Tuesday nights: $25.00 (and up) for a flight of wine.

You might want to check out this newish place called "Bartenders" if you've not (it's on Boston Street): http://www.bartendersbaltimore.com/in.... Believe it or not, I understand that one of the guys there used to work as the sommalier at Corks. They have a really, surprisingly good wine list, probably the best of any place in the area.

Chris Coker is the somm at Cork's. His brother Danny owns Bartenders. Chris helps Danny with selecting the list. It's his chance to work with non-American Wines. Wed nights they have specials on wine. 6-8 selections all around the $16 price point. Danny and Dave, another owner bartender, are getting better at suggesting wine all the time. Try the Big Bill pizza while your there.

Helen's Garden has had (in the past) a good wine program.

Also, Chesapeake Wine Company. You can have some apps there and they have flights of wine (my wife and I get the bubbles flight).

I am not sure if either has a Tuesday special, but they both have decent wine.
