Breakfast in Crystal City?

I'm going to pick up my race packet for the Army 10 miler at the Crystal City Marriott early on a Saturday. I'd love to find a place to have breakfast there w/ my friend and some kids. She wants to eat at the hotel but I was wondering if there's a really good breakfast place nearby. I'd like someplace homey with good coffee.
