I have been pre-K and post-K, and have the same opinion of both visits - we shouldn't have bothered. All four entrees arrived cold on our last and final visit, and the wait staff is not up to snuff, they must have lowered their standards for hiring. When we sent the entrees back, all we got was a sheepish "..uh, sorry" from the waiter. I would recommend Dickie Brennan's Bourbon House..they have a really great menu, well-trained staff, and lovely decor.

Second hand info from a reliable source: a friend recently attended a private event at DBS and complained of the same thing...cold food and indifferent service.
