I lived around the corner from the original Brocato's in the Quarter and Mr. Brocato used to make the canollis as we ordered them. I've never had better. Or more wonderful Spumoni. I know what it means to miss New Orleans...
Everyone who visits NOLA should make a stop there for the great desserts and a taste of old New Orleans. Few realize how many Italian immigrants there were in the Crescent City.
