I walked by recently, and I think that Weston Wear is actually in the spot next door. The old Slanted Door is still there, albeit still under construction with no visible progress. So we can still hope that Charles Phan will one day open his casual Vietnamese restaurant there. Also last time I walked by the space that Anne and Craig Stoll from Delfina took over next to their restaurant (the old "Quality Junk" store), which is supposed to reopen as a pizza place, there was no visible construction progress either.
