I've purchased green curry paste at the Ranch 99 market on Sepulveda in Van Nuys.

There are Thai markets in Hollywood (Silom, on Hollywood Boulevard, for example) and North Hollywood (on Sherman Way near Coldwater Canyon -- Bangluck and New King Seafood).

Also, any 99 Ranch will have it.

Are you looking for a particular brand? I like Mae Ploy better, but it is MUCH hotter than Maesri.

If you can get to one of those Thai parts of town, the markets there carry locally made fresh curry pastes in the refrigerated case. Look for little clear plastic tubs with white paper stickers on them. They're waaaaay better, in both flavor and texture, than the canned kind.
