Mustard sauce?

Has anyone had a really delicious appetizer or entree lately that featured mustard sauce, or was very mustard-y?
My GF loooves mustard sauces and mustard in general, and I'd love to surprise her.
The Dover sole at La Grenouille has mustard sauce and is a standout, right?

Any other suggestions for knockout mustard foods?
Price and neighborhood irrelevant.

Thanks!

I don't love the restuarant, but I've always really loved the salmon w/ mustard sauce at Bice. You have to deal w/ a slightly annoying crowd (and not the friendliest service), but the caesar salad, pasta w/ lobster and salmon w/ mustard sauce can definitely be worth going for.

Surprise her by showing up with something at home: then take her out at night anyway.
Agata & Valentina have seared tuna or salmon in their sushi case. They are both encrusted with black cracked peppercorns (Tellicherry?) and whole lightly toasted fennel seeds. Each comes with a delicious mustard sauce accompaniment that you *must* try. Be sure to ask for it if you don't see it there. I think they sell the mustard sauce near their salads as well for .50 cents (not sure if it's the same though). 1AV/79St. Lunchtime to 3pm is best.
