good eats in San Luis or Questa?

After having been ripped off one too many times in Taos, I am looking for good, traditional lunchtime food in either San Luis, CO or Questa, NM. I'll be coming south from my sister's place in the San Luis Valley. Any ideas?

I was never ripped off by Monte's Chow Cart in Taos, on the west side of the main road south of the plaza. Don't know if it's still there. Their chile relleno burrito...I can still taste it.

El Seville is closed also I believe. If you go down the road to Red River there is a small deli place that is quite good on the right side. Just a few miles, if that, down the road.

Well, we always stopped at Emma's in San Luis on the way down, but apparently they're no more:

Ripped off in Taos? I'd be interested in you elaborating about this.

Questa. I've eaten at the El Seville several times and have been pretty pleased. It's located on the west side of the main road through town, right at the stoplight. The sopapillas are great and the green chile is damn good too. It's traditional New Mexican and I would recommend it. Would be a perfect stop on your way from San Luis to Taos.
