Tonbuta Hitsumabushi

Recently saw a show on television that talked about a restaurant in the Akabane Iwabuchi area of northern Tokyo. They specialized in a Nagoya Pork dish called Tonbuta Hitsumabushi. It looked really good and when we get to Japan we want to get to the restaurant. Would anyone know which restaurant in the area might be the one?
