Cuban restaurant opening soon - KC area west (Legends)

Did anyone hear about a Cuban restaurant opening at the Legends? They had an article in the paper that they're doing salsa dancing and appetizers on Friday nights before opening. Also, I read that the owners have other locations here in KC. Does anyone know where they are and if they're any good? I'm from Miami and would LOVE to have some good Cuban food again.

It would be a welcome addition to the foodscape there. All I see there right now is uninspiring chain restaurants. I'm not a snob about chains at all. It's just that I don't believe in paying $11 for a mediocre meal.
