Again, this never occurred to me and seems so much better than buying poor quality coffee with a chemistry lab in a can. 

The flavored honey sounds good too for using up those summer herbs. Fresh mint honey sounds like it would be fabulous in tea. 

It even sounds like a good home-made holiday gift
