where is the best place to try it for the first time?
Make it at home. Really. Chicken cut up, salted & peppered, and browned in oil (Hungarians would use lard). Fry about a pound of onions, lots of sweet hungarian paprika, a bit of garlic, and some caraway seeds. Don't let it burn. Add a big glob of sour cream (Western 30% BF suggested). Bury the chicken in the mixture and bake covered at 350 F until done. Serve it on some egg noodles. Delish.
