Other than A Different Point of View, are there any other restaurants in the Phoenix/Scottsdale are that come recommended for tasting menus with wine pairings? I've found several places with tasting menus, but I'm particularly interested in ones that also offer wine pairings.

Thanks!

I'm the wrong person to answer this, but, what about Cowboy Ciao?

T Cook's does this many nights, although one night I saw an interesting concept: a tasting menu with martini pairings. There's such a menu up right now at the restaurant's Web site:

              http://www.royalpalmshotel.com/dinner-menu.php

Binkley's offers wine pairings every night, I believe:

              As does Mosaic:

              http://www.azeats.com/mosaic/default.htm

              And Michael's:

I suspect that most of the high-end resort dining rooms, such as Mary Elaine's at the Phoenician, also offer this option.
