looking for a good oyster po'boy

Tried Grand Central Oyster Bar. It was OK, but a bit soggy and dressed very simply. I recall Delta Grill has a good, huge one but not what I would call "THE BEST".

Any idea where the de facto best one can be found?

  1. I happened to have a good one recently at Louie's Shore Restaurant in Port Washington, Long Island (Main Street). Otherwise, drive to Queens, go to LaGuardia and get on a plane to New Orleans.

    1. I don't know if they make a po boy, but the fried oysters at Pearl Oyster Bar in the village are great!

Also inquire at Mary's Fish Camp.
