Throug a link via LA times I read that Farfalla was on the rest. closure list for health inspection infractions.

Probably doing renovation to be in accordance of health codes.

We had dinner at Tropicalia last night & they had a flyer announcing the grand opening of Vinnoteca Farfalle...so maybe that was what your source was referring to?!

I was picking up takeout at Tropicalia last night, and Farfalla sure looked open -- people inside and outside.

maybe il capriccio on vermont? in fact, i think i enjoy il capriccio better than farfalla most of the time.
