Philly: What's great around South 2nd?

  • 2

I'll be in Philadelphia on Tuesday night, staying at the Hyatt at Penn's Landing. My goal is to spend 2 days eating my way through the Reading Terminal Market for a piece I want to write. I'll probably want a lightish, lateish dinner not far from the hotel after pigging out during the day.

  1. Positano Coast and Amada both offer tapas, with the latter being more popular. You could try a few different things and keep it on the light side, light on your stomach not your wallet. Since the Terminal Market is lacking in good cheesesteaks you could always grab one at Jim's on 4th and South. Cheap and light.

    1. Pietro's has great salads & pizza.
