I do love the Opah Pineapple Breeze, all martinis at Mastro's, and as you can see, I love the foo-foo ones. What is your favorite and where? If you have the recipe share!

Espresso Martini at 3thirty3 and apple martini at the Quiet Woman

Roy's does a great one using a pineapple-infused vodka. (The lychee one was interesting too.)

I also love the Sidecar Martini (only $7 and large!) at Park Ave in Stanton.

Cafe R&D in Fashion Island does a great Pomegranate Martini.

I'm a purist, and love the ones at Mastros. Stiff and a lot of booze with that extra shaker (too bad it gets watered down b/c of the ice in the shaker). If you like the foo -foo ones, Champs in the Irvine Spectrum has a ton of them and I think they have happy hour specials a few times a week where they are just a couple of bucks.
