East Bay - Fat Daddy's BBQ?

They only do catering and group lunches on Fridays, but what interests me is that they also sell whole smoked turkeys. A little early, I know, but I'm thinking Thanksgiving maybe. The website doesn't mention the turkey though.

  1. Oh poo. The only problem with having a smoked turkey for the holidays is that you don't get gravy out of it. I simply cannot live without muh gravies.

      I bought a turkey carcass, necks and giblets from Willie Bird to roast and make gravy for our smoked turkey last T-day.

        Smart. That solves the problem for deep fried turkeys as well.

          I solved my problem by doing the turkey in the oven and smoking the Fatted Calf stuffed duck!
